ESRI has apparently lifted its password to their hydro FTP site and made it available to the public. This ESRI blog post (http://blogs.esri.com/esri/arcgis/2012/07/16/arc-hydro-tools-for-10-1-beta-now-available/) provides a link to their FTP site. If you navigate around on the FTP site a bit, users can also download ArcHydro version 10 if they don’t want to try a beta version.
